Please note that as each product is handmade to order items may ship out up to three weeks after they are ordered. All returns must be sent back within 14 days in new condition, please send an email to us before doing so. Any costs related to the return are to be paid by the customer. As our items are handmade anything personalized may not be returned and all returns are issued in the form of a store credit.
